Edit a page - first SAVE AS COPY - this will create a duplicate version of the page you are on as a draft.
The VERSIONS tab shows all versions. The version that does not say DRAFT is the LIVE page.
Work on your own draft, and then PUBLISH when ready.
Do not UNPUBLISH ALL VERSIONS. It will delete both drafts AND the published page.
Pictures should be 300 dpi and no larger than 600.
Always save after you add a widget to your page.
File size limit is 20 MB for single document/image upload.
Word documents and Excel spreadsheets should always be converted to PDF before uploading to the document center. There are very few instances where a document on the public site should be in any format other than PDF.

Link internal page to another internal page: Copy the URL from the address bar but only what comes after ".com"
Link to an external site: Use the LONG URL.
Link to outside sites: Open in the SAME window.
Link to inside pages: Open in the SAME window.
Link a NEW page to an existing page: Start typing the number or the name of the title and select the link from the drop down list.
Link to documents (PDF): Use the SHORT URL.
Links within a (PDF): Use the FULL URL when creating the document.
Links within a widget: Use the SHORT URL. Exception - Use the FULL URL for Notify Me and Email.
