Special Appearance by Live PD’s Deputy Patrick Bingham & K9 Benco!(11 a.m. to noon)
Representatives from a variety of Public Services Departments including Human Services; Veterans Services; Senior Services; Libraries; Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources; Pasco County Public Transportation; Tourism; the UF/IFAS Cooperative Extension and more will be on hand to provide information on existing programs and new offerings.

This program is for those who have a desire to give camping a try and those that need a refresher with planning a camping trip. Planning a camping trip properly (within the walking distance of your car) will be the initial focus. Participants will also get a chance to set up tents and learn how to build a campfire. If time allows, we may cook some marshmallows on the fire. All ages are welcome! Meet at the open field in the day use area.
Please make sure to dress for the outdoors and weather situation and wear shoes that cover entire feet. No pets allowed at this program. Bring water or other to drink. There are no parking fees to come into the park.

It is about helping organizations raise funds so that they may continue to assist our community. Since then Chasco Fiesta™ has been held continuously since 1947 making the 2019 event the 73rd continuous. The boat parade is said to be the oldest in the state with the first being in 1922.
